Wednesday's ETF Movers: XOP, GDXJ

In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.1% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Laredo Petroleum (LPI), up about 12.9% and shares of Halcon Resources (HK), up about 11.9% on the day.
